Bale Processor Overview
Our 7200 LMH processor is a hydraulically driven bale processor attachment that quickly attaches directly to your loaders’ quick coupler and is operated with the Hydratach universal wireless control system. A simple and robust design with no mechanical power transmission means efficient processing and low maintenance. The high torque design tears through bales and discharges directly off of the flails, eliminating plugging issues.
Features
Designed with efficiency in mind
The high torque motor provides power directly to the flail rotor, which discharges the material through a large opening. This simple design virtually eliminates plugging problems as material has no place to hang up as it is expelled directly off of the flails, out the discharge door.
Three bale capacity
The hydraulic side wall opposite the rotor can be lowered down to carry a third round bale, or used to feed large square bales onto the apron table and into the flail rotor.
Self-loading bale lift with spears and optional forks
Spear loading enables bales to be loaded from the ground or from stacks without disturbing other bales. Optional forks also easily attach to the processor.
Additional features
✓ Hydraulic slug bars – The hydraulic slug bars allow the operator to control bale exposure to the flails as it gets processed down to a smaller core for complete control of discharge volume. (standard on all models)
✓ In Cab Full Feature Controls – The in-cab full feature display and joystick allows the operator to control all functions of the 7200-LMH processor.
✓ Hydraulic Discharge Door – The hydraulically operated discharge door enables operators to broadcast, windrow or stockpile material from the comfort and safety of the cab.
✓ Easy Twine Removal – The patented parallel running bars create separation between the twine and rotor, allowing the operator adequate space to insert a cutting tool for easy twine removal.

The 7200-LMH can deliver material in uneven, high, steep or hard to reach places where pull type processors can’t safely operate or quickly put down a layer of straw over freshly seeded soil.
